We will proceed to change your payment status on MyLeague systems after you make the payment.

The description of the bank transfer must specify the full name and Order ID. We will contact you to confirm and proceed to change your payment status for the league so that you can activate it. If we do not respond within 48 working hours, you can send a complaint directly to the head office address and request a refund of the paid amount.

 

Option 3: Pay with a Promo Code provided by MyLeague

MyLeague provides Promo codes for all or a part of the league cost depending on sales promotion with limited time.

The promo code with a term of use and associated expiry date, used only to pay for the cost of organizing the league on the Myleague systems, are no redeemable cash value.

Notice for Payment:

Myleague JSC reserves the right to refuse any transaction if there is a risk that the order and / or payment on the Myleague is tampered with.

Customers need to ensure that you meet the age requirements following the law to use and take responsibility for problems arising in the use of the payment service on the Myleague systems.

Customers undertake to be the legal owner of the credit/debit card / ATM card used for online payment at this Website.

Customers commit to providing accurate and complete information when proceeding online payment on MyLeague systems. If you provide incorrect information, MyLeague has the right to deny your transaction.

Payment complaints handling policy

 

Payment processing failed due to error at bank or wallet gateway:

An error in the payment process is related to an Internet service interruption, a payment gateway or a bank transfer error, etc. These errors may cause the fail payment transaction or make the payment status is not updated which leads to the inability to complete the transaction and use the service of MyLeague.

Myleague is responsible for supporting, providing answers, or connecting you with the Customer Service in each case to handle the above problem.

 

Payment processing failed due to the technical error of MyLeague

In case your league has a successful transaction but it is still not activated due to technical errors from the Myleague system, we commit to supporting you to complete the transaction within 48 working hours after receiving the complaint information from you. Also, we will take responsibility for refunding the amount you have paid after receiving a request in writing from you.
